Traitors, Meet Her Dragon

Mora Grey reigns as the most talented tamer at the Beast Academy, having raised two extraordinary spirit companions into elite fighters. However, envy festers in the headmaster's daughter, who bribes both creatures to poison Mora, shoot her with an arrow, and shove her over a desolate snowy cliff. Tumbling into the mist-covered abyss, a dying Mora latches onto Draven Thorne, a legendary dragon imprisoned under a royal curse. Forging a desperate life-sharing soul pledge, the pair pool their vitality, allowing Draven to heal her broken body while resting on her shoulder as a feathered serpent. Believed dead by all her classmates, Mora marches back into the combat arena to challenge the thieves who stole her glory.
