Working quietly as a humble casino waiter after losing everything years ago, the legendary card master discarded his disguise to protect his kindhearted female savior.

Once hailed across the gambling circuit as the unmatched Poker King, Karter loses his fortune and reputation after exposing dangerous mob laundering three years ago. Battered and penniless, he finds shelter thanks to Elena, the compassionate daughter of a modest local casino owner, quietly wiping tables under the guise of an unassuming waiter.

Peace shatters when Karter's old criminal adversary resurfaces with heavy muscle, seeking to crush Elena's family business through extortion and rigged high-stakes tables.
