She was sacrificed to a dreaded aquatic monarch who gave her his heart, only for human traitors to slaughter her savior.

Chained to an oceanic altar by treacherous villagers, a doomed maiden is offered as tribute to a feared underwater king. Instead of slaughtering her, the sea lord shatters her shackles, shares his sacred gemstone so she can breathe underwater, and makes her his beloved wife.

Her newfound happiness shatters when human invaders murder her aquatic husband and drag her back to land in chains. Waking as a prisoner, she senses the unborn heir kicking within her womb, resolving to return to the ocean depths as a vengeful sovereign.
