The Farmer You Hit Is a Mafia Godmother

After six quiet years tending an agricultural homestead to nurture her delicate youngest daughter, an underworld matriarch prepares to return to metropolitan society for her eldest son's engagement. En route, an entitled driver causes a road accident, demands outrageous payouts, and maliciously delays emergency inhaler treatment for the gasping girl. The furious mother soon identifies the ruthless motorist as her son's supposedly virtuous fiancée. Blinded by prejudice toward rural inhabitants, the haughty bride mocks the matriarch without realizing she is insulting the crime family's true ruler whose blessing she desperately seeks.
