Sold to the Wolf King

Betrayed by her callous husband to appease his pregnant mistress, a devoted wife is chained in a scarlet gown and sent into frozen northern wastelands to perish. Her cowardly spouse assumes the ferocious wolf sovereign will butcher her without mercy, ridding him of an inconvenient bride forever.

However, seven years prior, she had rescued a starving youth from a gladiatorial pit and nurtured him back to health. When the feared ruler discovers her injured state, he falls to his knees before his entire legion, vowing bloody retribution against those who harmed his savior.
