Mask Off

Nova balances life as a penniless scholarship student with her clandestine nocturnal identity as Vesper, a masked competitor vying for a coveted spot in an elite vanguard. In the classroom, she constantly spars with Cole, her irritating teaching assistant and her friend's brother. Unbeknownst to both, Cole enters the arena under the persona of Raze, the privileged contender tipped to win. While they trade biting barbs by daylight, their masked alter egos ignite an irresistible attraction during grueling nighttime trials. As dangerous assignments force them together and identities threaten to collapse, Nova must decide if claiming victory is worth sacrificing the only person who truly understands her.
