I Paid a Fortune to Swap My Sister's Groom

During what should have been a joyous wedding ceremony, an arrogant groom and his haughty mother publicly humiliate the bride's kin over exorbitant marriage sums. The toxic display provokes outrage in the banquet hall, prompting an allied family supporter to counter-offer a larger sum to replace the groom entirely.

Supported by a principled corporate executive who exposes the groom's fraudulent financial machinations, the bride strips off her bridal veil and dissolves the alliance on the spot. Leaving behind deceitful suitors, she begins an empowered new life.
