Destined Love

Reclaimed by her aristocratic birth parents after growing up in a peaceful rural village, a free-spirited young woman rebels when she is handed an arranged betrothal to an unfamiliar nobleman. Determined to break the match, she disguises herself in modest garments and enrolls at the capital academy to dig up disqualifying dirt on her suitor.

Instead of uncovering treachery, she forms a deep bond with an earnest, intellectual student who shares her love for justice. Neither realizes that the gentle companion across the study desk is the very person she came to sabotage.
