To quell endless maternal matchmaking pressure, an ordinary woman enters into a swift civil marriage with a handsome stranger she believes to be an unassuming office clerk. She remains completely oblivious that her courteous new husband is actually the wealthiest business tycoon in the metropolitan province.
As deep affection blossoms between them, an envious associate and a spiteful former boyfriend orchestrate a staged vehicular collision that leaves the tycoon with selective amnesia. Forgetting only his beloved bride, he is pressured by family to wed another, testing their unbreakable bond.
