Bound to the Ruthless Beast

A beast sovereign carries a devastating curse that incinerates any living creature he physically contacts, finding relief only in the touch of a mortal captive. To secure his salvation, he forces her into an unwanted union by holding her ailing parent hostage.

Though she initially loathes her captor, his tender acts of protection soften her resolve until malicious court conspirators poison her on their wedding evening. Presumed dead for half a decade while raising his beast-eared twins in hiding, she suddenly re-encounters her mourning husband when dangerous foes renew their vendetta.
