Medical Drama Young Adult Student Doctor/Surgeon Karma Secret Secret Reveal Misunderstanding

Desperate parents administered experimental neuro-enhancing injections to their high schoolers in a locked cram school, unleashing cutthroat academic violence.

Inside an elite, secretive preparation institute, six ambitious teenagers and their obsessive parents assemble to receive clinical neuro-stimulant injections designed to heighten cognitive retention. While the young students remain locked in high-pressure testing halls to absorb study materials, their parents practice administering booster injections in secluded observation chambers.

As standardized examination scores are posted, extreme academic competition boils into visceral mania, culminating in a student violently stabbing a top-ranking classmate with a pen. Amid the bloodshed, hidden marital infidelities and ethical decay among the watching parents fracture the institution from within.
