The Lost Quarterback Returns
77 EP
A grim prediction made at birth convinces superstitious parents that Juniper's intellectual achievements will bring about the demise of her sister Odette. For eighteen years, Juniper endures domestic coldness and constant mistreatment simply for working hard and earning top marks in school.
On the morning of college entrance exams, the parents steal her admission pass and lock her inside an industrial cooling unit to neutralize her future. While Odette frantically pounds on the freezer door begging for mercy, Juniper recognizes the bitter truth beneath her family's poisonous dysfunction.
