Mic Drop Diva

Layla lost her hearing and voice a decade ago when her parents perished rescuing Elias from a fire. Raised by his family under the boy's solemn vow to be her eternal protector, she becomes an easy target when a malicious transfer student turns campus cruelty into sport.
When Layla suddenly regains her auditory senses, she hears Elias actively participating in the vicious scheme. Instead of crying out, she quietly documents every cruel prank on tape, enduring broken ribs until she can execute sweet payback and board a plane to freedom.
